It’s nearly that time of year again! Yes, Christmas officially kicks off in the town with the Dorchester’s Christmas Cracker.
The date for your diary is Thursday 4th December from 5pm and the Christmas lights will be switched on at 6.30pm.
There’s lots of be lots of things going on.
As well as all the usual entertainments and amusements, the shops will be staying open late for you to browse. We hear that many will be joining in with the Christmas spirit and decorating their shopfronts – so look out for free giveaways and other exciting things going on all evening!
Christmas Stalls & Craft Fair
Cracker night wouldn’t be the same without the Christmas market stalls with mulled wine, mince pies and hog roast. And this year there is also a Christmas Craft Fair in the Corn Exchange from 3pm-9pm.
See You There!
Dorchester Cracker Night begins at 5pm on Thursday 4th December. We’re expecting a big crowd, and fingers crossed, there’ll even be an appearance from Father Christmas himself, accompanied by one or two of his elves and reindeer!
Free parking is available in Dorchester Car Parks from 5pm
