Cat Café Comes to Dorchester

Exciting news for cat lovers as Dorchester welcomes its first-ever Cat Café, Tabby Terrace, located in the Antelope Walk shopping arcade in Dorchester town centre. The Cat Café in Dorchester prides itself on being a stress-free space where humans and cats can relax and unwind together. Visitors can snuggle up with their friendly felines while enjoying a wide range of coffees, teas, cool refreshments and sweet treats.

Dorchester’s Cat Café opened its doors for the first time on the 1st of July 2024 and attracted many eager customers to catch a first glimpse of this unique establishment and its furry residents. Since its opening, the Dorchester cafe has received a flood of positive reviews, with one delighted customer remarking, “Such a lovely cafe, the cats are so cute!”.

If you love cats, then you’ll feel like you’re in cat heaven at Dorchester’s Cat Café as you’ll find their adorable felines roam freely throughout the cafe while you enjoy a range of delicious refreshments.

Walk inside and you’ll find a selection of cosy corners to enjoy your cuppa. The cafe features several play areas for guests to interact with the kittens, all set against a backdrop of beautiful pink walls and floral decor.

Along with playtime with the cats, you can enjoy a great coffee and a variety of lunch options. This includes paninis, avocado bruschetta and sausage baps. If you’re just a little peckish and not in the mood for a full lunch, Tabby Terrace offers a range of light snacks such as chips and onion rings. For those with a sweet tooth, the menu also features a selection of mouth-watering desserts.

Meet the Stars of Dorchester’s Cat Café

The Dorchester Cat Café is home to some adorable kittens, Beenz, Bubble and Squeak, are three of the felines with loveable and playful personalities. As seen on Tabby Terrace’s TikTok and Instagram, these three sweet kittens love to get up to all kinds of fun in their picturesque new home.
